What is the 12 Months of Flowers Card, and how do supporters receive it?
The 12 Months of Flowers card is a prepaid floral subscription ($180 retail value) that entitles the bearer to receive one fresh, handcrafted seasonal wrapped bouquet every single month for 12 consecutive months. Bouquets can be picked up at any of Sparks Florist’s 3 retail showrooms in Reno and Sparks.
Fulfillment is 100% turnkey: During online checkout, supporters choose either Free USPS First-Class Mail (Sparks Florist mails the physical card directly to their home address) or Free In-Store Pickup at any Sparks Florist showroom. Your volunteers never have to store, organize, or deliver physical cards.

1. Fill Out the All-in-One Intake Form: Your designated Primary Contact completes our single online form—providing your organization’s details, story, logo, photos, W-9, and optional member tracking roster all in one sitting.
2. We Build & Launch Your Campaign: Because all necessary assets and approvals are collected upfront, there are no waiting gates, second forms, or back-and-forth delays. Sparks Florist reviews the submission, builds your custom page, activates live checkout, and sets up your private sales tracker.
3. Ready to Fundraise Immediately: As soon as your page is live (typically within 14 business days), we email your custom storefront link, private sales tracker, and digital marketing toolkit directly to your Primary Contact so you can begin selling immediately.
How do we track our sales, and what marketing support do we receive?
1. Dedicated Tracking Page: Your group receives a private online tracking dashboard updated 1–2 times per week. You will always know exactly how many cards have been sold and the total funds raised to date.
2. Optional Member Leaderboard Tracking: If your team wants friendly competition, supporters can select or enter a student/athlete's name at checkout. Your Sales Tracker automatically tallies credit on a private leaderboard (using student first name + last initial for privacy).

Are there any charges or taxes due when picking up monthly bouquets?

Why doesn’t our organization’s tax-exempt status remove the sales tax?
The Nevada Sales Tax Rule: An organization’s 501(c)(3) or school tax exemption applies only to purchases made directly by the organization for its own official use using organization funds. Under Nevada law, a non-profit’s tax exemption cannot legally be passed along to parents, alumni, or individuals purchasing products for personal use.
Because 12 Months of Flowers bouquets are redeemed by individual supporters for personal home enjoyment, the State of Nevada classifies this as a standard retail consumer sale. Sparks Florist remits this tax directly to the State of Nevada—it is never deducted from your group's $15.00 profit.
